We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Accounting and Finance team as an Accounting Coordinator! The Accounting Coordinator supports the Logistics Operations team by managing and processing financial transactions related to the division. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness in billing, accounts payable, and vendor / customer communications, contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and release for payment processing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal staff regarding financial transactions.
• Accurately review and input financial data related to Logistics Operations, including billing and accounts payable activities.
