PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and production of Ring Laser Gyroscope components. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong background in optical systems, metrology, and process engineering who are ready to drive innovation and quality in a regulated aerospace environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer , you will :

• Provide test and manufacturing support for ring laser gyro components.
• Analyze and improve process controls for optical components.
• Develop and implement methods to measure and control manufacturing processes.
• Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to standardize engineering practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Drive improvements in product design and manufacturing processes to reduce cost and cycle time.
• Support new product development and preventative maintenance planning.
• Collaborate across functions to meet RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
• Deliver technical updates and recommendations to senior management.

Pay Details : 50.00 to 60.00 per hour
