As a Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader, you will play a vital role in driving the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing methods, equipment, and systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including safety, production, engineering, and quality assurance, you will contribute to the successful production of high-quality Trystar products for our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize manufacturing operations.
This role will report directly to Trystar’s Vice President of Manufacturing.

In this role you get to :
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing engineering teams across all our sites, ensuring alignment with company goals, objectives, and the Trystar Vision.Collaborate with manufacturing & operations leadership to develop and implement a cohesive manufacturing strategy, encompassing all facets of our vertical manufacturing capabilities to ensure safety and optimize productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, managing the team for the most efficient & effective execution while role modelling Trystar’s Guiding Principles and Values.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, employing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other applicable methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall performance.Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products, technologies, and processes into manufacturing operations to ensure manufacturability & scalability of new products.Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute the successful launch of new products, coordinating activities across multiple sites, including process development, capacity planning, and resource allocation.Provide technical guidance and support to site manufacturing engineering teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.Develop and deploy in-line and end of line product testing requirements, strategy and approach that supports continuous flow, on-time delivery and customer quality.Utilize project management methodologies to plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities for various projects. Track & manage project milestones, resources, and budgets effectively.Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, robotics, and other advanced manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.Foster a culture of innovation and employee development, promoting continuous learning, professional growth, and engagement within the manufacturing engineering teams.Job Requirements : BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing engineering roles within the metal fabrication and / or electrical / mechanical assembly industry or in-line product testing environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing engineering teams across multiple sites.Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
A Master's degree is a plus.Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, electrical / mechanical assembly operations, electronic box build assembly and power equipment manufacturing.Product testing development including software development capability.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop teams in a multi-site environment. Passion for Trystar, its culture, and its strategic vision.Experience with quality management principles and in implementing quality control measures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.Proven ability to drive operational excellence, manufacturing standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
