Full Job Description

Selph Law is a personal injury law firm helping real people solve real problems. We are seeking a seeking a skilled litigation attorney to assist with legal drafting, legal research, motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, document management and good client service. Litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage multiple cases in both state and federal court while providing superior work product and excellent client service.
• Must be able to work independently in all areas of a litigation practice including drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
• Ability to manage numerous cases with a mix of different types of litigation throughout Ohio.
• Ability to work in the Dublin office (not remote) during regular business hours (9-5 : 30).
• All other duties as assigned.
