Arkansas Talent Group is working with an Arkansas-based, global leader in their industry to help them find a Senior Internal Auditor in Little Rock, AR to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. In this role, you will play a key role in executing the SOX compliance program and in helping management strengthen and streamline internal controls. identify risks, test controls, and recommend improvements.

What You Will Do :
- Perform and document process walkthroughs that tell the story of how things workidentifying key risks, controls, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design structured test plans, perform control testing, and evaluate both control design and operating effectiveness with precision and purpose.
- Clearly communicate findingssummarizing technical results in a way that resonates with non-auditors and collaboratively develop practical value-adding action plans.
- Work closely with our co-source team to coordinate work, share insights, and maintain consistency in testing and documentation.
- Prepare concise progress reports and audit results for key stakeholders, highlighting areas of impact and improvement.
- Proactively manage your workloadremaining organized, prioritizing assignments, meeting deadlines, and knowing when to seek input or escalate issues.
- Contribute ideas to help improve how our audit function operates, including the use of technology and continuous improvement tools
What You Will Have :
3+ years of external or internal audit experience.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Strong understanding of internal auditing techniques, risk assessment, control testing, and documentation standards.Demonstrates curiosity and enthusiasm by asking insightful questions and actively seeks to understand and improve processes.Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to collaborate or request guidance.Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of the organization and express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.CPA certification / eligibility preferred. Other credentials (CIA, CISA, or CFE) a plus.Experience with NetSuite or FloQast Compliance software is beneficial.Perks :
