We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee various stages of the contract lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including General Managers, Project Managers, Sales, and Legal, to support the preparation, execution, and management of contracts.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and log contract documents using approved templates and reference materials.
- Upload contracts to the Document Crunch platform and oversee AI review processes.
- Manage the review, approval, and signature workflows through SharePoint and DocuSign.
- Ensure compliance with the Authority Matrix and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain version control and organize contract-related files within SharePoint.
- Provide regular updates on contract statuses to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and address missing or incomplete information to ensure contract accuracy.
- Assist with the proper filing and closure of finalized agreements.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction contracts, contract administration, project coordination, or managing construction documentation.
- Familiarity with various construction contract types, such as general contractor and subcontractor agreements, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using document management systems like DocuSign, AdobeSign, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with document execution tools, including Document Crunch.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Comfortable collaborating with both remote leadership teams and on-site personnel.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive business and contractual information with confidentiality.
