We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrative Assistant to the Sr. Director Capture Excellence to support the Space Systems Business Development Capture Excellence organization, reporting directly to Sr Director Capture Excellence.
This position is preferably based in McLean, VA, though we are also considering candidates located at our Melbourne, FL campus.

In this job, you will :
Provide administrative support to include :Travel planningManaging expense reportsMeeting planning and executionSchedule development and trackingBudget supportCoordinating events / meetings with other Administrative Assistants & Business Operations leadsPrepare presentation materials for executive leadership teams.Support logistics planning and execution of meetings of varying classification levels that may span multiple computer networks (i.e. unclassified and classified computer systems).Support engagements of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.Proactively manage calendar, travel, and scheduling conflicts, ensuring the team is well supported.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent6 years of professional administrative support in a law firm or other corporate setting.Extensive experience with timely and accurate expense reporting for complex travel scenarios.Advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel), SharePoint (or equivalent), and intranet / internet proficiency.Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities across a geographically dispersed team.Experience interfacing with executive level contacts (internal as well as external).Experience coordinating Outlook calendars, conference calls, and shared applications.Experience coordinating on and off-site meetings and / or events.Experience and proficiency with Concur or SAP for travel and expense reporting systems.Active secret clearance required at time of applicationPreferred Qualifications :
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD TS / SCI security clearance.Bachelor's degree preferred.
