Mortgage Production Assistant

A company is looking for a Mortgage Production Assistant to provide administrative support to Loan Officers in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Request disclosures and order appraisals

Open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports

Collect and review client documentation for loan processing

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the RI area for hybrid work

2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred

Familiarity with mortgage terminology

Experience with Point software preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
