Job Opening : Workload Auto / Tivoli-Control M Backend Job Specialist

Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week)

Duration : 6+ Months contract (with high potential of Conversion into Perm)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workload Automation / Tivoli-Control M Backend Job Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will :

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing job schedules (Tivoli), dependencies, and configurations
  • Provide ongoing support for monitoring and troubleshooting job failures and performance issues
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement changes and enhancements to job schedules
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for job scheduling and monitoring
  • Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with best practices
  • Leverage your experience in DevOps (CI / CD) and infrastructure automation including automated pipelines, monitoring, and operations
  • Provide on-call support for critical issues and incidents as needed
  • Assist in migrating eForms and WebUpload applications to Angular and Spring Boot technology

  • Tivoli / Control M or similar workload automation solutions
  • Implementing and testing new job schedules with proper documentation
  • Oracle, SQL, and PL / SQL
  • Conducting IT staff training on best practices and troubleshooting
  • PowerShell, C, and UNIX scripting
  • Prior experience in a TAX technology environment
  • Object-Oriented analysis and design techniques
  • Windows and Linux environments
  • Engineering, consulting, and upskilling IT team members on DevOps (CI / CD) and infrastructure automation
  • Establishing proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities for platform components
