Job Description:


As a C# Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high quality .NET applications that support large, menu driven business systems. You will work closely with development teams on new and existing projects, contribute to design and planning discussions, and ensure reliable, maintainable solutions through strong coding practices and daily problem solving, without reliance on APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET applications for ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Create and enhance in house applications using the .NET framework.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing codebases without API integration.
  • Support large, transaction based systems involving data navigation and order entry workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members during project planning and execution.
  • Identify technical risks and recommend solutions.
  • Provide technical support to stakeholders and resolve application issues.
  • Report project progress, issues, and enhancements clearly to senior team members.
  • Participate in meetings to align development efforts with business goals.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing applications using C# and .NET 3.1 or higher.
  • Strong experience with Angular and SQL Server based application development.
  • Proven experience working on large, menu driven business systems such as claims, payroll, medical, or insurance platforms.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience using source control and build tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Ability to write clean, well structured, and maintainable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an Agile environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
