Job description

Family Success Coach

Location : Cole County, MO, with work also in Callaway, Moniteau, and Osage counties

Responsibilities

Provide family services to meet client needs, coach families on their goals, and help identify barriers to stability.
Act as an advocate for families to connect them with resources and strengthen their support network.

Pay : $18.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

Must have general knowledge of family development and social services. Previous work experience as a case manager or social worker is helpful.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to become certified with a Family Development Credential (FDC) during the first 2 years of employment (paid by employer).

Prefer at least one year of professional experience in personal finance and / or a background in banking, lending, or insurance.

Familiarity with causes, conditions, and effects of poverty.

Valid Missouri driver's license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on member needs.
