Join Curriculum Associates as a Professional Learning Specialist (Math) in the Bay Area, California. This is not a remote role; candidates must currently live in, be near, or be willing to relocate to the Bay Area.

Overview : Curriculum Associates believes in creating equitable classrooms and supports educators with world-class products and services. The Professional Learning Specialist will provide targeted professional development, ongoing in-classroom support, data analysis, daily project management, and communication with district and site leaders. This role focuses on Mathematics for grades K–8.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development and on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders
• Lead data analysis and use findings to inform instruction and implementation
• Coordinate daily project management and communications with district and site leaders
• Support district-wide adoptions and the implementation of Curriculum Associates products (Ready Mathematics, i-Ready Diagnostic and Instruction)
• Collaborate with district leaders and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules
• Serve as a thought leader and represent Curriculum Associates with a mission-driven approach
• Attend company-provided educational conferences and participate in team-provided development when scheduling permits
• Stay current with role-related developments and adapt to new environments and challenges
