Internship Opportunity With Collins Aerospace
The Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) Program Management Office (PMO), part of Collins Aerospace, is seeking a motivated college intern for the 2026 summer months to participate in day-to-day operations of the PMO. This position consists of a variety of tasks, including general office administration, to ensure efficient and consistent operations of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to learn operations and program management skills, as well as gain exposure to multi-level leadership and a variety of functions within the sub-mission area. The PMO collaborates with all functions in the program including, but not limited to, finance, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and business development. This gives the selected candidate a unique opportunity to experience a variety of business and operational responsibilities while supporting program staff in a dynamic work environment.
What You Will Do :
- Shadow PMO staff, perform designated assignments in support of program execution, support and participate in program meetings, assist with meeting preparation (schedule and present through Zoom or Microsoft Teams, generate and circulate meeting materials)
- Consolidate and organize program data (such as MS Excel spreadsheets, MS PowerPoint presentations, other) from various reporting systems for presentation to stakeholders
- Participate in Proposal kickoffs / package / material creation
- Work with cross functional teams to develop program documents and create / update procedural and contractual documents, assist with recordkeeping and archiving
- Create a package detailing your internship experience, including a process improvement, and present to PMO and leadership near the end of internship
What You Will Learn :

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contractQualifications We Prefer :
