As a Growth Product Manager at ClickUp, you'll drive product-led growth initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities, run experiments, and deliver features that move the needle on key growth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth initiatives across the user journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Analyze user data and conduct research to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
• Design and run A / B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product funnels.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Partner with product, user research, analytics and data science to drive / measure impact and communicate results.
• Define and track key metrics, reporting on progress and learnings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth.

This position is eligible for the following benefits and perks :

USA Salary Range (OTE) $145,000 $212,500 USD
