Responsibilities
Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams, providing support and guidanceOnboard and train partners' new sales representatives to ensure effective product knowledgeBuild and maintain strong regional relationships to enhance brand presence and awarenessMonitor opportunities and pipeline health, ensuring strategic deals are adequately supportedCollaborate across teams to provide insights and report on activities and opportunitiesQualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or distribution partner managementAt least 3 years of direct selling experience in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in commercializing products and adapting strategies in real-timeStrong understanding of channel sales models, particularly in software and hardware solutionsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with a hands-on approachPreferred Qualifications
