Although position is posted at a named location, Evergreen Market reserves the right to place a Shift Supervisor at any of our 6 locations depending on business needs.Responsible for Daily Operations of the store during your scheduled shift including but not limited to : Till Mgmt., Staff Breaks, Task Mgmt., Opening and Closing duties, other operational duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Senior ManagementOpen and Close Store as scheduled, Shift Supervisors must be able to work nights and weekends per schedule normal schedule with flexibility and ability to work with Mgmt. team to meet store needsFollow all Cash Management and Daily Receipts processes including drops and deposits as directed by Store Manager or Senior ManagementFollow all The Evergreen Market Security and LCB processes and policies ensuring compliance at all times.Work alongside staff as needed to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with all TEM processesEnsure Customer Satisfaction is Priority #1 at The Evergreen MarketAssist Store Manager in resolution of daily operational issues as directed by the Store Manager or Senior ManagementEnsure the facility is clean and properly stocked with consumable supplies and meets all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as outlined by the Store Manager or Senior ManagementWork with Store Manager and Marketing Manager to roll out new programs for customer tracking and interactionsSupport Vendor Days and other special events at the direction of the Store ManagerSupport Store Manager & Marketing Team in driving store growth with monthly activity and revenue targets as communicated by Senior ManagementDocument all shift activity and incidents in Daily Shift logRole model Customer Greeter interactions with all Customers including training current staff on interactions and giving real-time feedback to staffDemonstrate role model behavior with Customers and Staff at all timesSkills and Experience :Previous experience leading employee teams desiredDemonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyaltyProven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organizationDemonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skillsDemonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performanceDemonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skillsDemonstrates strong product knowledgeWilling to work a flexible schedule to include 2nd shift, evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 21 years of ageIf you have questions regarding this position, please email
