Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive employee development and operational excellence. The role is based at our Austin, TX headquarters with approximately 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct needs assessments to identify workforce skill and knowledge gaps.

Design and develop engaging training content, including e-learning modules and instructor-led sessions.

Facilitate workshops, onboarding, leadership, and compliance training.

Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, metrics, and post-program performance data.

Partner with HR, Operations, and Clinical Education teams to align programs with organizational goals.

Ensure all training meets industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

5+ years of experience conducting needs assessments, developing curriculum, and delivering corporate training.

Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments preferred.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.

Proficiency with LMS platforms, PowerPoint, and eLearning software (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).

Compensation :

$90,000–$120,000 annually (depending on experience). Candidates with advanced experience may be considered up to $130,000.
