What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring efforts and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to help bring top talent into roles that directly impact the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes to match candidates with appropriate job openings
• Conduct virtual screening interviews to assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support reporting needs
• Prepare and participate in weekly recruitment team meetings
• Assist in organizing job fairs and follow-up activities
• Generate reports to track applicant flow and recruitment metrics
