About the Role
The FP&A Manager will be an integral member of the Finance team at Fabric, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This role involves managing the full corporate planning cycle as well as partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders to accurately deliver financial forecasting and insights. Your primary goal will be driving efficiency across the organization by ensuring all financial planning aligns with strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
As FP&A Manager, you will lead the corporate planning process and serve as a key financial partner to business leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting : Develop and support the Company’s annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for both the P&L and cash flow.
- Financial Modeling & Integrity : Take ownership of key corporate financial models ensuring integrity, accuracy, scalability, and standardization.
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to establish annual operating budgets and drive initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Analysis & Optimization : Provide deep insights into financial performance and key business drivers, challenge assumptions, and proactively deliver actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and support business objectives.
- Reporting & Presentation : Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ad Hoc Projects : Assist with financial due diligence and integration of M&A transactions as needed, and support the Head of Finance with other ad hoc projects and duties.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.At least 6 years of experience in FP&A demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.Advanced financial modeling skills with demonstrated capabilities to build models and work with large sets of data.Advanced analytical skills and understanding of financial statements, including but not limited to drivers for revenue and margin.Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels, including senior leadership.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.The national pay range for this role is $140,000.00– $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses.
