About the Position

We are seeking a candidate who is willing to work in the field, is a professional communicator, and is capable of reading plans and specifications to provide complete and working mechanical systems. This person should be willing to carry out company policies and values and thrive working in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $25-$35 depending on experience
• Medical, vision and dental insurance coverage is available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
• K match on eligible wages and available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. IMCO offers % contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.
