  • Are you passionate about helping others and fluent in Castilian Spanish? Join a dynamic team supporting a leading online mental health platform that's transforming how people access care. As a Bilingual Service Success Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring members receive empathetic, efficient, and high-quality support. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Provide empathetic support to active and prospective members of an online mental health therapy platform via email.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding refunds, financial aid, subscription details, password resets, and membership setup.
  • Handle 200-300 tickets per day, with a target of 20 tickets per hour.
  • Work across international and U.S. queues, managing extensions and refunds.
  • Required Skills :
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience via email or chat.
  • Bilingual in English and Castilian Spanish.
  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM.
  • Proven success meeting performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate various systems confidently.
  • Highly empathetic with a passion for helping others.
  • Eager to learn, coachable, and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Work Environment :
  • Schedule :
  • Available 7 days / week from 6 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM EST. Set schedule with potential shifts based on business needs. Expect a 5-day (one weekend day), 40-hour work week.
  • Training :
  • Up to 6-week training period, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM PST with a one-hour lunch break.

    • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
