A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods

Listen to eligible members and adapt communication styles to foster trust and understanding

Educate partners about services and promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Physically located in the United States with a HIPAA compliant workspace

1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment

Bilingual (English / Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms

A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
