Salary : $170,000 - $225,000 per year

We are a well-established commercial general contractor specializing in mission-critical, life science, hospitality, healthcare, and other commercial construction projects. With 20+ years in business and over 5,000 projects completed to date, we have become a trusted leader in the Bay area for renovations and new construction projects. As our backlog of work continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience selling work, estimating, scheduling and local subcontractor relationships.

Job Details

Responsibilities-

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, subcontractors and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
