📍 Location :  Wall Township, NJ (Office-based within a distribution center)

🕒 Schedule :  Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)

💼 Department :  eCommerce

👥 Team Environment :  Small, collaborative team with cross-departmental interaction

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Customer Care Specialist  to join our eCommerce team. This role is based in our distribution center and supports the sales order process by providing exceptional service to our customers primarily via email.

Once fully trained, the position transitions to a  hybrid schedule  (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Training will be conducted in-office for approximately 4–6 weeks, with potential for earlier hybrid transition based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing product knowledge, item numbers, tracking details, and website navigation support
• Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
• Track shipments and inventory
• Provide price quotes and order status updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or promote relevant products when appropriate

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50 / hr.
