Key Responsibilities :
The Child Life Specialist will be responsible for :
Minimum Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Child Life, or a closely related field with a concentration in child life.
600-hour Child Life internship under the supervision of a certified child life specialist.
Experience : General skills to resolve problems requiring the use of child development theory, professional child life principles, and experienced-based knowledge. Well-developed writing skills, and excellent communication skills including conflict resolution to effectively work as a team member.
Licensure / Certifications : Child Life Certification required within 1 year of hire
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
