Job Description

Room attendants are responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in each room. Housekeeper refreshes rooms for guests continuing their stay, as well as thoroughly cleans rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

Responsibilities

• Clean thoroughly guest rooms including : making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restock and replace items used within the rooms
• Communicate the cleaning status of each room once completed
• Remove the trays and service tables from the rooms.
• Store the supply cart and ensure it is clean and well organized at all times
• Check all equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and amicably
