Position Summary Contract Analyst :

Scientia Vascular is a dynamic and rapidly growing company developing and commercializing differentiated technologies that facilitate vascular access.

Scientia Vascular creates unique products and solutions to enable and advance better patient care for physicians treating neurovascular and peripheral diseases.

The Contract Analyst will report to the Director of Customer Care, while working closely with hospital-based customers, economic buyers, the Field Sales Team, and internal Customer Support personnel to support commercial growth, sales enablement activities, and reduce field administrative burden for pricing, contracting, and order processing.

In addition, this role will be responsible for building a process and framework to assist with the creation and tracking of new and existing contracts and GPO and IDN agreements.

This role will assist with and own any issues reported by the sales team and take it to resolution on their behalf in support of sales enablement and revenue protection.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, execute, and manage the entire contract life cycle, and ensure all contractual duties are executed by all parties.
• Maintain records including customer contract and price logs.
• Reviews, prepares, and negotiates agreements with customers, including drafting and revising documents.
• Maintains the Salesforce.com database for accounts including pricing, contact information, and ordering information.
• Collaborates with the sales team to maintain Salesforce.com sales related records, including forecasts, contacts, contracts, and opportunities.
• Identifies and responds to opportunities to improve processes and streamline efficiencies.
• Maintains data integrity with customer records across all systems.
• Creates metrics to support customer quarterly business reviews.
• Provides monthly and quarterly spend reports to contracted GPOs.
• Periodically serves as backfill and / or overflow support to cover other department areas when needed.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Prior experience managing IDN and GPO agreements is required.
• Experience with Symplr or GreenLight is preferred.
• Proficient in contract law and contract negotiations.
• Experience working in Salesforce.com or other CRM / CMS is required.
• 7+ years of experience administering / managing sales contracts full life cycle is required.
• Excellent written and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities.
• Intermediate / Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
• Bachelor’s school degree in business or law, or equivalent experience is required.

Starting annual salary range : $75,000 - $88,000

Location : Local preference, open to remote / hybrid
