Director, AI Agent Commerce
LeadVenture is seeking a Director, AI Agent Commerce who will be the strategic owner for making dealer inventory and lead systems agent-accessible and preferred by AI ecosystems (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). This role can be onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

Define and Launch the Agent API / Schema Layer
Lead the design of a dealer inventory and lead API purpose-built for AI agent consumption
Make all dealer sites "agent-readable" structured data, canonical tags, metadata
Oversee API developer documentation and sandbox for external AI ecosystem integration
AI Ecosystem Partnerships
Build relationships with Open AI, Google DeepMind (Gemini), Anthropic, and Perplexity
Negotiate inclusion in official "AI Commerce" data feeds or integrations
Identify emerging agent platforms and secure early inclusion in automotive / commerce categories
Internal Product & GTM Strategy
Partner with Product and Sales to define "AI-Ready Dealerships" as a differentiator
Ensure dealer websites and CRMs surface "AI-generated leads" clearly and reliably
Educate internal stakeholders on platform initiative and impact
Data Governance & Attribution
Define standards for lead attribution, consent, and privacy compliance (GDPR / CCPA)
Develop telemetry for "agent-originated" leads and conversion analytics
Align structured data and content governance with search engine and AI crawler best practices
Thought Leadership / Ecosystem Influence
Represent LeadVenture in AI commerce working groups, schema.org forums, or vertical trade organizations
Publish or speak publicly about "Dealer AI Commerce Protocol" to establish LeadVenture as the standard
You'll thrive in this role if you have :
710+ years in Product / Platform Strategy and leadership (API-driven ecosystems, data syndication, marketplace integrations)
Strong technical literacy with OpenAPI, JSON-LD, structured data, RESTful design, and web crawling / SEO mechanics
Deep familiarity with LLMs, ChatGPT Actions, API integrations, and emerging "agentic commerce" protocols
Experience partnering with Open AI, Google, or similar AI ecosystem providers
Understanding of marketplace dynamics, lead funnels, dealer CRMs, and 3rd-party aggregator economics
Ability to negotiate technical and commercial partnerships with major AI players and marketplaces
Capable of evangelizing and influencing externally with developers, OEMs, and executive stakeholders
