Key Responsibilities
Create complex Boolean queries in Brandwatch to analyze specific topics
Build written reports and present findings with recommendations to cross-functional teams
Train team members on using Brandwatch and develop scalable processes for social efforts
Required Qualifications
5-6+ years of experience in social analytics and social listening
Expert in writing Boolean logic-based queries and proficient in Brandwatch
Experience with B2C consumer brands and social media analytics tools
Proactive and independent worker capable of making strategic decisions
Additional technical skills such as SQL queries and dashboard development experience are preferred
