Position Summary : The Receiver II is responsible for the timely and accurate unloading of trucks, receipt, verification, and delivery of materials to the appropriate location. This is a mid-level position that requires 2+ years of experience. The Receiver II will work both independently and in a team environment

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurately receive items into inventory via Oracle EBS. Identify incorrect inbound material and work with appropriate parties to resolve.
• Send follow up emails to Buyers to clear Receiving Crashes and systematically receive material that requires 3 or more sequential and / or follow up Oracle transactions.
• Accurately and properly secure correct pallet and / or package labels and "Move To Stock" labels in correct sequence. Accurately record information such as item number, lot number, quantity, number of packages, etc. with 100% accuracy when verify orders.
• Unload trucks, inspect freight for damage, sign BOLs, and physically put material into its appropriate location.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly identifying, labeling, and transacting materials and supplies.
• Ready, willing, and able to properly train new hires.
• Engage in and actively volunteer for Continuous Improvement projects and tasks.
• Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
• Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is a necessary function of this position.
• May be required to work in other functional areas and / or facilities depending on business needs.
• May be required to work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
