Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a full-time field contract in Morgantown, WV . In this role, youll provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients homes, helping them maintain independence and improve overall health. Responsibilities include performing assessments, creating and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. • Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing
• Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location : Morgantown, WV, and surrounding areas
• Duration : 13-week contract, with possibility of extension
• Hours : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week, Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
• Pay : Negotiable based on territory budget and candidate experience; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers
• Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k one b
• Mileage Reimbursement : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Productivity : 25 per week, 30-32 visits per week
