- ? What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and manage shipment details in our web-based logistics system
- Track and trace freight through proactive check calls and communication with drivers
- Keep customers informed with timely updates and problem-solving support
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Dispatch to deliver creative solutions and exceptional service
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation for every shipment
- Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- ? What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, operations, dispatch, or call center roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Excel (bonus points for pivot tables and vlookups)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
