Job Description
Employbridge is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communications for a manufacturing / distribution operation in Opa-locka. If you’re detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Process sales orders, returns, picking tickets, and invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate daily carrier pick-ups and optimize freight costs.
- Prepare and track shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading); monitor shipment status.
- Coordinate transfers to distribution centers; handle stamping documentation.
- Maintain inventory controls : assist with warehouse processes, conduct physical counts, process transfers, and update records.
- Serve as a liaison with consumers, distributors, and customers; handle inquiries and complaints and report quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues for corrective action.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Bilingual : English & Spanish (required).Experience in manufacturing or distribution (required).Direct experience interacting with customers and service providers.Proficiency in Excel (creating spreadsheets for analysis / reporting).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; commitment to quality work.Why Employbridge
