Accounting Manager
Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a global investment firm based in Dallas, TX on a fulltime basis. The successful candidate will own daily accounting, month-end closes, investor reporting, and process automation across corporate and fund entities. This is a new position at Disruptive as the firm continues to grow and the needs of the business change. Skills and Requirements :
Perform day-to-day booking of financial transactions, including journal entries and expense accruals, and complete cash reconciliations across corporate accounts, subsidiaries, and investment funds. Oversee month-end and quarter-end close process for the parent company, subsidiaries, and investment funds, ensuring accurate allocations and financial statements. Prepare quarterly investor statements and assist with the compilation and review of investors' capital accounts. Ensure sound management of company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. Participate in daily team calls to align on priorities, resolve issues collaboratively, and ensure every deadline is met. Collaborate with internal groups, including Investor Relations, to fulfill audit requests, support the implementation of new ERP and support systems, and achieve company-wide goals. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including process automation, testing of internal controls, and assisting with financial models and cash flow forecasts for corporate entities. Support the development and oversight of an accounting team calendar / task list to ensure all deliverables are planned for and met on a timely basis. Assist with managing tax preparers, external auditors, and other vendor service providers as needed.
