Hooters Management Corporation owns and operates 22 Hooters restaurants in the Chicago and Tampa Bay areas, along with 3 additional locations. We have plans for expansion, including Las Vegas in 2023.
The first Hooters restaurant opened in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida. Hooters is known for its great food, fun atmosphere, and a relaxed, beach-themed environment. Our menu features seafood, sandwiches, salads, and our world-famous chicken wings.
Our mission is to provide a carefree dining experience in a casual, high-energy atmosphere, with signature menu items served by friendly Hooters Girls.
Requirements
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Original Hooters Group in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of casual dining management experience, with knowledge of scheduling, inventory, training, and overall restaurant operations.
