The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating fashionable, comfortable loungewear collections that resonate with our customer base and align with the brand's identity.

Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections, including researching trends and customer preferences.
• Create sketches, technical specifications, and tech packs for all loungewear products.
• Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform design direction.
• Manage the sample development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations, articulating design concepts and rationale.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in fabrics and garment construction.
