The Team

The Lineup Product Team is a collaborative and cross-functional group responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Lineup's product portfolio. The team currently comprises 3.5 Product Managers covering Operations, Ad2order and Digital OMS, CRM, and Standard Integrations & Platform. The team also works closely with a Senior Product Marketer and a Product Designer to ensure products are user-focused, commercially viable, and well-positioned in the market. Together, the team carries out the full range of typical product functions, including vision and roadmap development, requirement gathering, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end product delivery, ensuring that Lineup's products meet both user and business needs.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager within Lineup's Product Team you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy for a segment of Lineup's products or services. Your primary product will be Adpoint OMS and plugins that touch Adpoint's OMS.

You will need to ensure the Products you are responsible for meet the needs of our customers and the wider market. You will be responsible for the initiation, discovery, definition and shaping of your products. You will own the vision and roadmap for each and work with your Product Team colleagues to plan and execute the delivery of improvements, enhancements, and fixes in line with that vision.

You will ensure that the investment in our Products realise true benefit by ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives. You will also interpret and analyse research information and data to gain business insight and inform sound decisions particularly around prioritisation, and product direction.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and maintain the vision and roadmap for the products in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to understand and document product requirements. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for gathering and articulating user, business and technical requirements, to ensure all requirements that contribute to a business case and solution delivery are valid and traceable.

  • Work with customers and colleagues to create and manage Product Documentation including requirements, specifications, designs, and process flows.
  • Work directly with the engineers and QA in your product aligned scrum team by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • As a product moves from discovery to definition, work with engineering teams to create an appropriate delivery strategy.
  • Deliver Products to deadlines.
  • Prioritise the backlog in your product aligned scrum team against your roadmap.
  • Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplined teams for initial feasibility study, solution design and business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of "what" change is being proposed and "why".
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks associated with product development and deployment.
  • Track Product Metrics and KPIs to measure the success of Lineup Product
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing Lineup Products in order to identify areas for potential process improvement.

If other, you will be responsible for ensuring the ticket passes through the correct workflow
