RPh on the Go is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Northwest Colorado. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team in a supportive hospital setting.

Position Details :

Location : Northwest Colorado

Type : Direct Hire (with relocation assistance)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm

Hours : 40 per week, full-time

On-Call : Every other weekend

Team Structure : 5 staff total 3 technicians, 1 pharmacist, and 1 Director of Pharmacy

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations.

Perform order entry, verification, and medication checks.

Support the Infusion Center, including IV and chemotherapy preparation.

Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with care teams.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

Active Colorado Pharmacist license.

Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.

BLS certification required.

Epic experience preferred.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
