In this position...
Act as a center of excellence for driving the strategic evolution of Ford’s global marketing agency ecosystem. Lead the transition from current agency models, services and approaches to a modernized, agile, and technology-forward partnership structure that supports the Ford+ plan and the company’s ongoing transformation objectives.
Spans globally across all business units and skill teams working in partnership, establishing and maintaining relationships to ensure alignment and consistency.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience in working with marketing communications agencies, with knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to drive transformational change and use creativity to solve challenges.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels across various regional cultures.
- Must be able to manage competing high priority and high visibility projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and creative problem solving.
- Cross functional team player with experience working across multiple business units to collaborate with, influence and align stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
