Job description
Full Time Opportunity for Primary Care Physician in Connecticut! Join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We seek a passionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients. Location: near Marion, Connecticut Field: Primary Care Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). Explore the opportunity for a 4-day work week! Position Details: Role: Primary Care Physician (18+) Setting: 100% office-based outpatient care Schedule: Weekdays only Teaching Opportunities: Available with optional faculty appointment On-Call Commitment: Minimal, with only phone calls averaging two call weekends per year and one weeknight every two months Compensation & Benefits: Uncapped incentive bonus Loan repayment support Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend Paid time off plus all company holidays Paid CME time off with a dedicated budget, and reimbursement for professional licenses and dues Retirement plan with a competitive match Family care benefits, including emergency back-up care Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings Access to a variety of voluntary benefits such as tuition programs, insurance options, and more Requirements: Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Why Choose Connecticut?
