Summary / Objective :
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing a strong portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management. Key duties include negotiating competitive rates, managing daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery, and addressing issues promptly to maintain exceptional service quality. This role is highly sales-driven and requires strong negotiation skills, clear and proactive communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development - Independently research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through credible sources and strategic cold outreach, consistently achieving or exceeding sales and load volume targets.
- Industry Knowledge - Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including rate structures, carrier capabilities, equipment types, and evolving market trends.
- Execution - Ensure accuracy and consistency in all internal tracking and reporting systems by maintaining up-to-date information throughout the day, supporting precise sales, performance, and operational metrics.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferredExperience :
