Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing a strong portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management. Key duties include negotiating competitive rates, managing daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery, and addressing issues promptly to maintain exceptional service quality. This role is highly sales-driven and requires strong negotiation skills, clear and proactive communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Convert qualified leads into active customers by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and maximizing conversion opportunities.
Execute pricing strategies using effective negotiation techniques, market insights, and an understanding of customer purchasing behaviors.
Support the negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
Proactively engage with customers and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and achieve company growth targets.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service issues, managing conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
Reestablish relationships with inactive clients to generate renewed business opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers and stay informed of industry developments.
