Surgery - General Physician

We are seeking askilled and motivated General Surgeon with trauma experience to join and lead ahigh-performing team at a Level III Trauma Center in El Paso, TX. Key Responsibilities : Lead a collaborative team of trauma surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Provide surgical coverage for a broad spectrum of emergency general surgery and trauma cases Collaborate closely with hospital administration, emergency department teams, and other specialties to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and trauma program development Participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and quality assurance activities Qualifications : Board Certified in General Surgery - Required Surgical Critical Care certification - Preferred but not required Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program El Paso offers a lowcost of living, vibrant culture, and access to year-round outdoor recreationincluding hiking, biking, and national parks.
