Job descriptionOversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Process, stock, and post incoming part orders and returns Use scanners and laptops to pick parts and place them in technician bins for delivery Document part status, interactions, and email communications using our internal systems Maintain organized records and uphold security and confidentiality of documents / data Respond professionally and promptly to emails from team members and parts distributors Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the right parts and support Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized Support inventory counts and assist with department upkeep Lead by example, creating a positive and productive team culture Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated and eager to learn, lead, and grow Professional, organized, and able to multitask Strong soft skills, active listening, and keyboarding ability Experience using technology like scanners and inventory systems Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities Punctual, dependable, and respectful of company policies and procedures
