To drive sales initiatives in the Carolinas, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents, focusing on selling Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory Support new sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities while managing existing client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience State Health/Life License required (must be obtained within 6 months if not held at time of hire) Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with strong time management and organization abilities
