Job description
Providing exceptional customer service to gold and platinum group and individual accounts, the full-time Licensed Employee Benefits Account Manager will manage annual renewals, day-to-day servicing, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key responsibilities Gather client information for health insurance applications and prepare Open Enrollment materials Conduct virtual or in-person open enrollment meetings and manage enrollment and eligibility processes Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and educating them on compliance and coverage options Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in customer service within the insurance industry Active Life, Accident, and Health License required Strong knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and compliance guidelines Experience managing the renewal lifecycle and client relationships Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office 365 and internal systems like BenefitPoint
