To provide exceptional support to physician callers, the part-time Hospital Call Center Representative will answer calls, utilize multiple software systems, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery during evening shifts every other weekend. Key responsibilities Answer telephone calls and provide seamless service to physician callers Respond to inquiries utilizing expert knowledge of physicians, services, and programs Participate in staff training and serve as a resource for co-workers as needed Required qualifications Two to three years of customer service experience Strong basic computer and keyboarding skills Knowledge of common medical and hospital terminology Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment, preferably with clinician interaction Proficiency in specialty software such as Infinity, E-Centaurus, Cerner, and/or AMiON is preferred
