Job Title : ServiceNow AI Developer

Work Location : Santa Clara, CA Remote

Job description :

• 6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 4+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads, For Mid-level 4-6 years exp)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
• Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams.
• For AI / ML Engineers, experience working in AI / ML field is required.
