ERISA Compliance Consultant

A company is looking for an ERISA Technical Consultant to provide technical training and support for compliance testing and reporting for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to a team conducting compliance services for retirement plans

Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance compliance testing and reporting services

Lead project planning and execution for new ERISA-related service offerings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related experience in ERISA compliance

Knowledge of ERISA and applicable IRS Code

Experience with Actuarial Systems Corporation Administration (ASC) or equivalent testing software

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, formulas)

8-10 years of industry experience, with 5-7 years in an ERISA compliance setting preferred
