TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and Residential equipment.
• Diagnose breakdown to the point of failure and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units.
• Refrigeration equipment knowledge is a PLUS : reach-in and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines but not necessary.
• Perform repairs and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications
• Control wiring and high voltage
• Residential Troubleshooting, Diagnosis and repair, Including Communicating systems
• Commercial and Residential Replacements

Primary areas of expertise include :

HVAC systems

RTU's

Mini Splits

Split systems

DX systems

Reach-in and walk-in boxes

QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent

EPA certification

Communication and customer service skills

Must be able to work independently and without supervision

5 years of experience
